What Live Twice collects when you use livetwice.co.uk, why, and how to make us stop.
Who we are
Live Twice is a social media management agency based in London. We are the data controller for livetwice.co.uk, which means we decide what is collected here and what happens to it.

What we collect and why

Cookies
This website sets no cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking script, so there is nothing to ask your permission for and no consent banner to click through.

If that ever changes — if we add analytics, for example — we will ask for your consent first and you will be able to say no and carry on using the site.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use these companies to run our business, and they only process data on our instructions:
- Cloudflare — Hosting, database and content delivery for all three sites.
- Resend — Delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox.
- Airtable — Where we keep client and campaign records.
- Microsoft 365 — Our email and document storage.
Some of these providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK's approved safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it

Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent — marketing contact is the only place we do — you can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these, email business@livetwice.co.uk. We will respond within one month. You do not have to pay, and you do not have to give a reason.
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your contact details, we will tell you directly rather than expecting you to come back and check.
