Accessibility

How accessible livetwice.co.uk is, what we know is not good enough yet, and how to tell us when we have got it wrong.

Last updated 13 August 2026

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. That is the standard used to judge whether a website is accessible under the Equality Act 2010.

We want everyone to be able to use this site, whatever they are using to browse it. That includes screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, and browsing at high zoom.

What we have done

What is not right yet

We would rather tell you than have you find out:

How we tested

Tell us

If you cannot use part of this site, or you need something from it in another format, email business@livetwice.co.uk and tell us what you were trying to do. We will get back to you within five working days. We would rather hear about it than not.

If you are not happy with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service, which gives free advice on disability discrimination in the UK.
